The Innovation in Polymer Engineering Hub (PIEP) is a private association of technological and scientific nature, with a business management model.
Established on December 13, 2000 at the initiative of the industry and in close collaboration with the Department of Polymer Engineering at the University of Minho and the Institute for the Support of Small and Medium Enterprises and Innovation, PIEP aims to provide a high-quality delivery of products and services in a timely manner, oriented to the R&D+i needs of companies in the plastics and related sectors, through innovation activities, technology transfer, technical-scientific consultancy and service provision.
